Service Description

Discover one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Costa Rica, next to the Tenorio Volcano. On the way to the park, we will stop on various points to show wildlife. Once at the park we start our 5km, approximately 3 hours hike through the beautiful rainforest to explore the flora and fauna. Hiking to our first stop within the park, the stunning beautiful colored waterfall, we are always looking for wildlife animals like snakes, spiders, the tapir and much more. Arriving at the waterfall entrance there are 253 steps going down. The views are amazing. Back up and after taking some beautiful pictures we start the last kilometer before we reach the end of the trail. We will stop at a nice viewpoint where we can see the gorgeous Tenorio volcano, after the viewpoint, we will get to see a beautiful blue lagoon, there will also be a bubbling place that smells like sulfur from the activity of the volcano, then we will have two little bridges and at the last stop, we will see where the magic happens ( two rivers mix together and the blue color starts) and get to know why the river has his magnificent color. Once back outside the park and after a little drive we'll arrive at our national swimming pool at Rio Celeste where you can refresh, and we'll share delicious local pineapple. After the swim we will have homemade typical style lunch made from fresh locally grown ingredients at a nice little, local soda. With the help of the guide there is a good possibility of seeing wildlife.
